How We Work
A straightforward path from idea to shipment.
Amaphil coordinates the moving parts so the customer has one practical production contact in Asia.
2. We study the product
We review construction, materials, quantity, target price and production difficulty, then identify the appropriate production route.
3. Sample & source
Materials and construction are developed while the sample is made. Changes are discussed before bulk production.
4. Approve production
Once the product, price, material and specifications are agreed, production is scheduled.
5. Monitor & inspect
Amaphil follows production and performs the agreed quality checks before shipment.
6. Ship
The finished goods are packed and prepared for export. Repeat orders can normally be organized more efficiently because the product information already exists.
